Our customer-centric approach to agile project delivery has been applied to many projects and has proven that agility is key to responding quickly to changing requirements.

Using the standard W2MO software as a starting point, a blueprint is created to understand the customization required. Integration with your systems and customization start in parallel. Both are done in sprints and the results are visible to the customer on a bi-weekly basis. The main advantage of this approach is that there is transparency about the current status in all phases of the project and that direct feedback from all project participants is incorporated into the next steps. In this way, customer feedback can be implemented immediately, and the requirements can be specified and the solution optimized. In addition, optimization features can be implemented after go-live to realize optimization potential as early as possible.

Before a project can be started, the request is analyzed in detail, the use case is defined in detail and the framework is defined. Then we evaluate the approach based on test data by analyzing image material and determining the requirements for the applications. After that, a pilot installation can be performed to obtain additional training data and refine the basic algorithm. Only the target configuration is designed and installed, and the project is transferred to production.
